During your stay:
- Breakfast is served from 7.30 a.m. until 09.30 a.m
- Smoking is forbidden inside the rooms: smoking area is only in the veranda.
- Pets are not allowed inside the B&B.
- Room-cleaning will be done after breakfast time, from 10.30 a.m. until 12.30 a.m.

€ 2.00 City Tax to person for a maximum of five days (itdoes not apply to children under 10 years)
Check-in timecan be agreed from time to time. Upon check-in a valid identification document for legal obligationis required. Luggage storage serviceis available, upon request.

Booking and payment methods.
For all bookings, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amountis required. Only upon its reception, booking can be confirmed, unless otherwise agreed. The payment of the deposit must be made through bank transfer or money order. The balance will be paid when checking-out in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Cartasì). Checks are not accepted.
To confirm the booking, you will be required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation.
Cancellation is free if made within 10 days from the date of arrival. For late cancellation, the depositwill be charged. In case of early departure,the balance for the entire staying must be paid.
We will accept all cancellation requests received in writing, via fax or email.
