“La Mimosa” is a family-run B&B set in an idyllic natural landscape. The property – surrounded by green hills covering the neighbourhood- is in the rural centre of Ballata, at the foot of the picturesque scenery of Mount Erice. A few kilometres away from the sea and from all the most beautiful tourist places in Western Sicily (San Vito Lo Capo, Segesta, Mothia, Aegadi Islands, Scopello).
The B&B is just 3kmsawayfrom the exit for Fulgatorealong the A29 motorway.
The rooms are warm and welcoming. Each room has gota bathroom with shower, heating, air conditioning, TV set, free Wi-Fi and a fridge.
All rooms open onto a large veranda and itsgreen corner, just the ideal place for relaxing.

In spring and summer, breakfast is served in the veranda overlooking the garden.
The veranda is furnished with chairs, tables and a colourful corner with plants and flowers where in summer you can enjoy reading while relaxing.
The garden turns to beingeven more distinctive in summer eveningswhere you can spend pleasant moments while having delicious appetizers and drinks.
A rich breakfast
At “La Mimosa” B&B, we serve a breakfast with typical fresh Sicilian products.
We delight you with delicious jams (citrus, quince, fig, grapes …) – selected among local products -, fresh fruit, juices, milk, coffee, baked goods such as croissants, cakes and pies, pastries, biscuits and fresh bread.
